Yes, you can terminate after 180 days of the investment, with 40% administrative charges deduction from the dividend accrued, which is payable within 30 days.
Your investment is backed up by a portion of land, this portion of land which is equivalent to your fund with the cooperative will be allocated to you.
You will write officially 90 days before the maturity date of your investment, addressing your interest in retaining the piece of land, otherwise, you will retain the land at the current market price in addition to paying other charges.
